* Leading and following the co-development and application of Wiki gender's editorial and organizing policies.

==Editorial Management==
* Coordinating with local wiki groups to ensure the execution of the strategic and editorial plan.
* Following wiki members' work and recommend some of them to carry out coordinating roles that include leading their local groups.
* Leading and coordinating the regular editorial meetings or assign other wiki member to do so.
* Suggesting structural or technical changes according to the wiki's and its members' needs.
* In case requested, prepare editorial and activities reports or assign other wiki members and insure delivering them on time.

==Logistics Management==
* Managing the distribution of logistical responsibilities during Wiki Gender's major activities and events.
* Assure the execution of working retreats, trainings, long working days, according to the strategic planning, with the help of the core team.

==Financial and Budget Management==
* Managing the development of Wiki Gender's budget with the coordinator(s) at the funding agency.
* Assuring the consistency of the budget's terms of agreements with Wiki Gender's strategic planing.
* Assuring the delivering of funding reports to the agency on time, with requested supporting materials, including receipts, contract etc.
* Assuring the finalization of managing, coordinating, and consultancy contracts and its compliance with Wiki Gender's paid work policies.
